I seriously can’t believe that my baby is old enough for kindergarten this fall! I’ve got to work past my denial and make a BIG decision.
Homeschool or public school? I would really love to do private school, but honestly that’s just not a viable option at this point.
Outings like this week’s trip to the zoo make me lean more heavily towards homeschool. I love the flexibility and the hands on learning opportunities that are present in everyday life and how eager my boys are to soak it all up!
I want them to always keep that curiosity and insatiable thirst for learning new things alive and well.
This week’s Pros for homeschool are:
1. Flexibility – we can go to the zoo or across the country as our schedule allows without being restricted by attendance policies.
2. Hands On Learning- I am passionate about learning from life, not from just a text book. The world comes to life when you experience it first hand.
